My name is Dave Smith, I own and run Healthy Pets. At Healthy pets, we specialise in foods which we believe help dogs and cats stay healthy all their lives. Animals are as individual as us and often have special dietary needs. We regularly help animals that suffer from skin, hyperactivity and digestive problems. To do this we look at the foods that the animal is currently eating and the problems that the animal is experiencing. By using good quality, mostly low protein foods, we find a diet to suit the individual animal. To help us to be successful in this I often use dowsing (the use of a pendulum) over some of the animal’s fur, placed beside the potential new food. This technique has the power to help me decide the suitability of the food for the individual animal and design a diet around the animals needs. This technique cannot, in practice cure all problems. It is though, a very valid way of often achieving great results, especially when most other ways have failed. Once the diet has been examined, I sometimes use low potency homeopathic remedies, as well as herbal remedies of different kinds to address specific difficulties.
